Unique Finishes
In addition to our custom finishes, we also do unique finishes. If you have not seen our custom finishes page, please do so to get an idea of the many finishes possible. Our unique finishes are pieces done by request for customers to suit their home decor or desired taste. The following list of pieces was done for customers wanting something more than what is listed in our custom finishes page. If you have a particular color scheme or combination you would like to have done, we can finish pieces from our gallery or even a piece that you might have around the house that needs a face lift. This could be an old lamp, clock, vase or anything that you might not have wanted to through away. In many cases we can refinish pieces like lamps for less than the cost of a new one. 	This piece by Austin was done in antique gold with metallic blue on the sleeve. Multiple techniques were used to achieve this look.
	These earthenware jugs were done for a customer wanting more color in her living room. She chose the colors and after experimenting with patterns we arrived at this unique design.
	This piece has had a few color changes to it. It's amazing how colors can effect the look and feel of the piece and also add value.
	This contemporary finish is done by building layers of paint on glue and rubbing through those layers. The statue is then clear coated and the next layer of paint is applied. It is time consuming and difficult but the result is very unique. This finish can be done in limitless color combinations.
	This contemporary finish has the look of thermo-imaging and was done by air brush. This piece has phosphorescent paint applied at the middle (yellow area) then reduced the farther out it gets from the center. A neat effect at night.
	These bookends were finished in traditional colors. An antique finish was then applied to give them an aged look. Antiquing also helps to keep the piece from looking cartoon like.
	This contemporary sculpture was done for a gentleman with his chosen color combination. The possibilities are endless, let us know if you have something in mind.
	For this kind of finishing we suggest having it antiqued. It helps to keep the piece from looking too cartoon like and gives the piece a more distinguished look.
	To achieve this look we used an air brush and dry brushing on a 3D wall art piece. It is possible to tie two or more pieces together to match your color scheme.
