Zhki’s Gallery is currently working with many manufacturers. The shipping time on your order will depend on a number of factors. Our in stock items usually ship out in 2 to 3 days. Once shipped, the order takes 3 to 4 days to receive (most of our “on sale items” are in stock and ship in 24 to 48 hours). Some items like statuary, metal sculptures, 3D wall sculptures, and Raku are made to suit. Most of these pieces, allow you to choose your finish. These pieces take from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the item and manufacturer. Another factor in manufacturing lead times is the time of year. Spring time is the busiest time of year for manufacturers (up to 6-8 weeks in some cases) as the demand for garden statuary is at its peak, something to consider when planning your outdoor and garden décor. In rare cases, your item may have recently gone out of production or be on back order. If this happens you will be notified ASAP. We know you want to receive your piece in a timely manner, so if your piece will take longer than 2 weeks, we will send an e-mail informing you of an approximate delivery time.
